Forging your career
Foot In The Door, 24:7 Theatre Arts Network and PANDA have collaborated to offer a 5 day intensive workshop on finding employment with particular reference to the creative industries.
The course will run in Central Manchester from
Tuesday 29th March – Saturday 2nd April 2016
Weekdays 11am – 4.30pm and Saturday from 9am – 3pm
Workshops will cover the following:
CVs and application forms
finding employment & opportunities
career planning
interview skills
Suitable for anyone wanting to gain confidence starting out in their career. Whilst suitable for anyone, examples and approaches will be most relevant to a career in the arts and creative industries.
It’s free to attend and simple to book on – just email with a copy of your latest CV (if you have one) and a cover note answering the following:
(a) why you want to be given a place on this workshop
(b) what 3 things do you think you need help with
(c) any ideas you have as to your ideal future employment, career or area of work
